Family night at the beach.

We will be going to the Oilers game for our Fourth Sunday Family Time for July. The game is at 2:00 and we will be sitting in the bleachers down the first base line. Admission is free.

We will be singing "Oh the Mighty Hand" during our congregational worship this Sunday. Take a few minutes to listen to it.

We will be singing this song for the first time on Sunday. I encourage you to take a minute to both be blessed and familiarize yourself with it.

We had a nice time at the beach last night.

Many of you probably already know of the death of our friend and the head of the Friendship Mission, Skipper Cowgill. The memorial service will be held at Kenai Christian Church on Saturday at 2:00 P.M.

We will be recognizing God's faithfulness to our class of 2019 and praying for them in our worship service this Sunday. We'll also have a cake for them between the service and Sunday school.

We hope everyone can make it to church on Sunday as we wrap up our Sunday school curriculum before starting our summer schedule. We're having an all-church gathering for Sunday school. Afterwards is our fellowship dinner. Please bring simple sides to go along with hamburgers. The church is providing burgers, hot dogs for kids, and buns. If you had already planned on bringing meat, no problem.

As we approach our time of meeting together tomorrow morning to worship and express our gratitude for all Jesus did in his work for us, listen to this song that expresses great truths about the resurrection.

We hope everyone can come for breakfast at 9:30 and then our worship service at 10:30 on Sunday. We will feast on food together, and then see and savor the soul-satisfying reality of Jesus and his resurrection.

I encourage everyone to watch this video today and reflect on the reality that Jesus, our Savior and Treasure, fully accomplished our redemption, and then rested, because it was good.

For our folks who attend Bible study on Wednesday nights: we'll be starting at 7:15 tonight to give our worship team a little more time to practice for Sunday.

Let's all ignore this 10-day forecast and come to our fellowship dinner this Sunday. You'll feel much better. The theme is... "Things that taste really good." Also, don't forget that Daylight Saving Time (it's saving, not savings 😃) begins this Sunday.

This Sunday is our monthly fellowship dinner after Sunday school. Make plans to bring whatever dish you'd like and stay for this time of enjoying God's goodness to us.

Tune in to KSRM today at 3:30 as we have the opportunity to talk with Bob Bird about our Sunday worship service on the 23rd and our Christmas Eve candlelight service.
